You may have missed the Showroom Locations menu tab on the web site home page. Judging by the feedback I’m getting from my prospective customers, the tab isn’t doing enough to draw attention to our showrooms which are the largest command and control showrooms in the US and the place to see the latest control room console designs, dispatch furniture and four video wall systems for demonstrations.
Our west coast showroom is at our corporate and factory location in Camarillo, CA near Los Angeles and our east coast showroom is in Vienna, VA near DC and Dulles airport. We do business throughout the US hence the two showrooms. However, our showroom locations make it a little difficult for prospective customers in the Midwest to make the trip in either direction. These people logically ask if we have local customer sites that they can visit in lieu of visiting our showrooms. In truth, we have customer sites throughout the US, however I am reluctant to refer prospective customers because I can’t depend on the condition of the control room and our furniture, and in most cases the furniture is usually a different type, color, and can be an older design that has no similarity to the furniture that we offer now. Otherwise, there’s little upside to a customer site visit.
Our showrooms are the best place to evaluate our entire command center furniture line, and discuss video wall systems applications and how they might fit your needs. Americon showrooms are where decisions are made, and a visit is an opportunity to meet our staff and tour our manufacturing facility. I also believe it’s good to know who you’re doing business with whenever you can, and a showroom visit goes far to cementing the confidence in our ability to tackle any project regardless of its complexity and size.
